He has worked on notable productions such as Blue Beetle, Fantasy Island, The Oath, and Once Upon a Time in the Caribbean, as well as documentaries for international media outlets like The Intercept, PBS NewsHour, and VICE News. He has also collaborated with renowned artists such as Bad Bunny, Café Tacuba, and Buscabulla, among others. Mariota is distinguished by his sensitivity, creative visual approach, and storytelling ability through the lens, making him a key figure in Puerto Rican and international cinema.

Casting Associate - I'm part of the casting department at Patricia Alonso Casting, where we cast actors for TV series, films, short films, music videos, and commercials, from lead roles to supporting characters. We conduct virtual and in-person auditions and work with local and international talent. We also handle contacting talent agents and preparing all the necessary paperwork to hire actors.
